Refund and Returns Policy
At Indian Zevar (formerly known as Winsome Jewellers), we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best shopping experience to our valued customers. However, we do not accept returns on our products.
In the event of damage during shipping, we will replace the product with the same item or exchange it with an item of equal value. Please note that this return policy does not apply to custom-made or custom-stitched orders.
Return Options: If you receive a damaged item, you have the following options:
- Request a replacement, either the same item or a different item from our website
- Request a coupon code of the same value for a future purchase on our website. With the coupon code, you can select any item on our website up to the value of the returned item.
Conditions of Return: To be eligible for a return, the jewellery must be unused (other than for trial), unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged in any way. Returns are only acceptable within 3 days from the date of delivery. The original tags and packaging must be intact and for items that come in branded packaging, the box must be undamaged. The cost of return shipping will not be covered by us. Made to order and jewellery items are not covered under the return policy.
Cancellation Policy: Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations of orders after 24 hours from the time the order was placed. No cancellations are accepted on made to order or customized items.

We aim for authentic design with true colors, but variations due to lighting and screen resolution may occur. Each handcrafted product is unique, with slight variations in weight and dimensions (5-10%). We strive towards putting all our efforts to match it to the specifications provided on the web/social media and do not compromise on quality at any point.
💰 Why did the price for a design change from what I saw earlier?
We change prices only when there's a significant increase in the cost of materials like gold or other precious materials used in the design. This is the sole reason for any price adjustment. We aim to keep our pricing fair and transparent. If you have questions about a specific design, please feel free to ask.
